Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy is a branch of psychology where an individual works one-on-one with a therapist to improve how the client functions in their daily life.
The goals of individual therapy are to help the client develop a sense of self-awareness, learn how to manage mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and resolve any past trauma they may have experienced.
Treatment goals can also include employment and career counseling, developing healthy intimate relationship skills, and how to set attainable goals they may have for their future.
